I was tasked with designing the packaging for Spontini Saudi Arabia's kids takeaway meal box. The brief was to create something bright, fun and engaging. I developed and illustrated a range of cool, pizza themed characters and combined those with fun stickers (it is a universally accepted fact that all children at some point will develop a sticker obsession) so that it looked like the box had been decorated by a child. We took that idea a step further and decided to include stickers with the meal and made a game of matching the stickers to the right space along with a colouring-in element. In short, I created something I know my own daughter would love and be thrilled to receive when ordering takeway pizza!
